Terms of Service

Summary
These terms set the rules for using ADZIE. By creating an account you agree to them. The short version: behave like an adult, do not break the law with our tool, and pay your bill on time.
Who can use ADZIE
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country.
- You must own or have written permission to run ads on the accounts you connect.
- You must not be on a US, UK, or EU sanctions list.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any connected ad accounts secure. Anything done with your account is on you. Tell us at founder@adzie.ai if you think someone else got in.
- One account per person or business. Sharing logins across companies is not allowed.
What you cannot do with ADZIE
- Run ads for anything illegal in the country where the ad serves.
- Run ads that violate Meta or TikTok policies. Their decisions are final on their platforms.
- Scrape, copy, or resell the ADZIE service or its outputs.
- Use the service to send spam, harass, or impersonate anyone.
- Try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the system. If you find a security bug, email founder@adzie.ai and we will reward responsible disclosure.
- Use ADZIE to build a competing product.
Pricing and payments
- When you sign up for a paid plan, payment is due upfront for the term you picked (monthly or yearly).
- Credits do not roll over from your monthly allowance, but purchased bundle credits never expire.
- Prices can change. We will give you at least 30 days notice before charging the new price.
- All purchases are final. Subscriptions and credit bundles are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused credits.
- If a payment fails we will retry. After a 3-day grace period without payment, your account moves to read-only until you update your card.
What we provide and what we do not
- ADZIE provides software that helps you run paid ads. It is not financial, marketing, or legal advice.
- The agents make decisions based on rules and the data they see. Sometimes they will get it wrong. You are responsible for what runs on your ad accounts.
- Image and video generation uses third-party AI models. Outputs are yours to use, but you are responsible for confirming they do not infringe on anyone else.
- We do our best to keep the service running 24/7. We do not promise zero downtime. If the service is down for a significant outage, you can ask for a credit toward your next bill.
Your content
Anything you upload or generate in ADZIE belongs to you. We get a limited license to host it, process it through our AI providers, and show it back to you.
When you delete content, we delete it from active systems within 30 days. Backups roll out over the next 90 days.
Third-party services
ADZIE connects to Meta, TikTok, and other platforms on your behalf. Their terms apply when you use those connections.
We are not responsible for what happens inside those platforms. If Meta rejects your ad or TikTok bans your account, that is between you and them.
Termination
- You can close your account anytime from Settings. Your data gets deleted within 30 days.
- We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms. We will tell you why, except where the law prevents us from explaining.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, ADZIE is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities).
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If that amount is zero, our liability is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email goes to the state or federal courts of Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using ADZIE after that, you accept the new terms.
