Summary

We collect the data we need to run ADZIE for you. Nothing more. We do not sell your data. We do not share your campaign performance with anyone outside the service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it if you want to.

You can email founder@adzie.ai with any privacy question. We answer everything within 30 days.

Who we are

ADZIE is operated by ADZIE, Inc. ("ADZIE," "we," "us"). Our address is on file with our payment processor. If you need it for a legal request, email founder@adzie.ai.

This policy applies to adzie.ai, the ADZIE app, and any API or integration we run.

What we collect

Account data name, email, and either a password hash or the OAuth identity from Google if you signed in that way.
Brand and product data you give us pixels, ad accounts, brand profile fields, audience notes, anything you type into Flux.
Campaign data we pull from Meta and TikTok on your behalf: campaign names, budgets, performance metrics, creatives. We only read what you authorize.
Usage data pages visited, features used, errors hit. We use this to fix bugs and decide what to build.
Billing data plan, credit balance, transaction history. Card details are stored by our payment processor, not by us.
Files you upload product photos, reference images. Stored in our Supabase storage bucket, scoped to your account.

Why we collect it

To run the service. Mission Control needs your performance data to do its job. Flux needs your brand profile to write good copy.
To improve the product. We look at usage patterns in aggregate, not at individual chats.
To bill you, and to stop billing you when you stop.
To answer support questions without making you re-explain everything.

Who we share it with

Our subprocessors Supabase for our database and storage, Anthropic and Google for the AI models that power Flux, the agents, and image generation, Higgsfield for image and video generation, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Whop for billing. Each gets only the data they need to do their part.
Meta and TikTok when you connect an ad account, we send and receive data with their official Marketing APIs. They have their own privacy policies.
Nobody else we do not sell or rent your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on the app.
Legal requests if we are ever required by law (subpoena, court order) we will comply, and tell you about it where allowed.

How long we keep it

Account and campaign data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete everything within 30 days.
Backups rolling backups retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
Billing records kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years).
Support email threads kept for up to 3 years.

Your rights

Export ask for a copy of everything we have on you. Email founder@adzie.ai with the subject "Data export."
Deletion ask us to delete your data. Same email. We will close the account and wipe everything within 30 days.
Correction fix anything that is wrong. Most of it is editable in Settings. For the rest, email us.
Regional rights if you are in the EU or UK, GDPR rights apply. If you are in California, CCPA rights apply. The points above cover both.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Database access is gated by row-level security, so each account can only reach its own rows. Secrets and access tokens live in environment variables that only the deploy pipeline can read.

No system is perfectly secure. If something breaks, we will tell you within 72 hours of finding out.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when something material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top tracks the latest version. For substantial changes we will email you.
