Instead of hiring

Before you hire a media buyer.

An honest comparison: what you get, what you give up, and when you should hire a human anyway.

A freelance media buyer runs somewhere between $1,000 and $3,000 a month. An agency retainer starts higher and usually carries a minimum ad spend you do not meet yet. Both are fair prices for skilled work. Neither is a sensible price when your ad budget is $30 a day.

That gap, too small to interest an agency and too busy to learn Ads Manager properly, is the only situation Adzie is built for. If you are outside it, the honest answer is below.

What it costs

$15 once for a 250-credit pack, or $56/month for 2,500 credits covering all five agents, creative generation and reporting. No minimum ad spend and no percentage of spend.

What you actually get

Campaign setup and launch, creative generation, and an optimization pass every 30 minutes measured against your break-even ROAS. That is the execution layer of the job, running continuously rather than in a weekly check-in.

What you give up

Nobody to challenge your positioning, price or offer. No creative director. No one on a call with you when a launch goes sideways. Those are real things a good buyer provides, and software does not replace them.

What stays yours

Your ad account, pixel, campaigns, creative and history. Adzie operates on top of your account rather than inside its own, so leaving costs you nothing but the subscription.

When you should hire a human instead

When your spend is well into five figures a month. At that point the leverage moves from execution to strategy, and a percentage-of-spend arrangement starts to pay for itself in ways a fixed subscription cannot.

When the product needs explaining. Considered purchases, B2B, anything with a long sales cycle or a story that has to be told before the price makes sense. That is a positioning problem, not an optimization problem.

When you already have someone beating your targets. Keep them. The most expensive thing in paid ads is replacing something that works with something that is merely newer.

Common questions

Yes, and it is a common setup. The buyer owns strategy, creative direction and the calls that need judgment; Adzie handles the continuous monitoring and reallocation between those calls. Every automated change is in the audit log, so your buyer can see exactly what moved and when.
